– one that moves through your life, shaping it in ways you may not fully understand, but can learn to trust and co-operate with.

This book is a collection of stories from my journey.

Stories of awakening.
Of letting go.
Of stepping away from what no longer fits,
and moving—sometimes hesitantly, sometimes boldly—
toward a more authentic and creative way of being.

Over the course of my life, Soul has come to me in many ways—
through poetry that flowed through me,
through dreams and imagination that pointed me in a new direction,
through grief and disillusionment that broke open the life I was living
and asked me to let go of the person I thought I was.

Often, this inner voice has appeared at moments of uncertainty—
when something has ended or fallen away,
and I’ve found myself standing in the unknown.

A Soul-Inspired Life

This is an invitation not to follow my story,
but to remember your own.

Where have you felt something calling you—quietly or insistently?
Where has life asked you to let go…
to step forward…
or to trust what you cannot yet see?

In uncertain times, it can be tempting to seek security, certainty, and control.

But what I have discovered is something different.

Freedom does not come from certainty—
but from learning how to live within uncertainty
with openness, curiosity, presence and willingness.

This is what I mean by living a soul-inspired life.

Not something to achieve or complete—
but something to enter,
to explore,
and to live.
