Are You Passionate About Transformation?

 Are you passionate about the process of transformation?  And learning how to facilitate transformation in yourself and others?

If so, you’ll know that it’s an exciting practice of discovering and inventing as we go.

The process of transformation is learned from the inside-out, from experience, reflection, putting language to experience and experimentation.

And in this process we are always beginners; living on our growing edge and moving into the new and unknown.

You may be:

  • Someone who has been on a soul journey for a long time, or someone who is waking up fast now;
  • Someone who has been working hard for years to bring about positive change;
  • Or perhaps you are someone who is longing to find the right outlet for your commitment and passion and you would welcome the support of a group to get going.

Your particular form of service may be:

  • A spiritual activist practicing how to be a living example of the values you want to spread;
  • A community leader, in a local community or business, advocating for more co-operative and compassionate ways of working together;
  • A transformational author creating form from inspiration and constantly evolving your creative process;
  • Or a wellness coach directing people to the skills and resources that support vitality and wholeness;
  • A grief guide helping individuals or groups through loss or facing death;
  • A mentor supporting people through an understanding of soul and the edgy states of consciousness we need to navigate on the soul journey;
  • A relationship counsellor helping people through the transition of separation, and divorce and towards conscious relationship;
  • A creative process coach for people living their passion;
  • A healer releasing old conditioning and trauma in self and others;
  • Or, perhaps you’re someone who has been on the brink of offering a similar service and would welcome the support of a group to get started.

The practice of transformation is enlivening and thrilling and it can also be challenging, emotionally intense and confusing. It has been said that the next Buddha will be a Sangha; or, in other words, the next enlightened being to uplift the world, will be a like-hearted community evolving together.

Facilitator, Rose Diamond

Through Tribe in Transition, I work with the whole spectrum of psycho-spiritual and creative skills: with the intense emotions of death, loss and grief, on the one hand – through the process of deep healing and the soul journey – to discovering and pursuing our soul work – to living our passion and creative empowerment – and then experimenting with how we can use all of this to co-create a new co-operative, new paradigm culture. I’ve been focusing my time, energy and curiosity on these themes most of my life and it’s always a work in progress.  My intention is to maintain an exploratory state of Beginner’s Mind and I invite you to do the same.

We can only become skilled in the process of transformation through practice and deep reflection.  When we come together in groups to share authentically, and with the intention of participating in deep discovery, we find all the answers we need within us and between us. One of my greatest joys is to facilitate such groups.

If  PRACTICING WHOLE MIND-WHOLE WORLD  interests you,

Please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page and tell me a bit about who you are and how you think this programme can support you.

We can arrange a 30 minute discovery session to explore the challenges you are facing and to see how the programme can meet your needs and interests.

Since you have found your way to Tribe in Transition, the likelihood is you are someone who is already aware of the evolutionary necessity, for those of us who are called to such a co-creative adventure, to foster the emergence of a new story for humanity and a new culture based on the knowledge of the essential interdependence of all life.

This big, exciting and frequently daunting challenge stretches us in every way and is certainly not a task any of us can succeed in alone. As consciousness shifts one individual, one organization and one community at a time, a new culture of collaboration is emerging all over the planet, in many different contexts. A new culture grows and spreads cell by cell. When we meet in aligned, intentional groups for the good of the whole, we can become a bigger, healthier, stronger, more influential organism which inspires, uplifts, challenges and awakens consciousness, sending ripples out into all our relationships.

I believe a series of group meetings will provide the connection and momentum that will make a difference in the following ways:

  1. As we discover a common language we alleviate isolation and feel strengthened and encouraged. At the heart of the transformational process is the inner knowing of wholeness and inter-connection.  While we may know wholeness and inter-connection on a conceptual level, or within the heart, most of us in this new field of transformational practice are in the process of our own deep healing from fragmentation and isolation.  An experimental learning community such as this, offers the opportunity to discover a common language through which to communicate, explore, and better understand, what are often subtle inner experiences. Such sharing can bring a deep sense of relief.
  2. As we evolve our understanding of transformational work we support our  forward movement as creative agents of change.  Since our understanding of the process of transformation is emergent and ever evolving, the very nature of the work means those of us working in this field are discovering, experimenting and inventing as we go. It is essential to have forums where, through exploration and authentic expression of of our experiences, we can develop conceptual maps to support the work.
  3. As we come to know how consciousness evolves within ourselves, we become skilled practitioners for others. We can only facilitate the transformational process of others, to the extent we know and understand the process within ourselves. A supportive and intentional group culture  provides an environment in which we can all feel safe enough to explore at the growing edge of our own consciousness. As we open to exploration and risk being vulnerable, we can see and move through our interruptions, blocks and resistances with grace and ease.
  4. As we practice Deep Discovery together we are encouraged, uplifted and inspired. Being on a transformational path takes courage, and the work can be very demanding emotionally, as we are called to know our full humanity. The Deep Discovery Conversations I will be introducing  create an expanded energy field through which new ideas and inspirations flow. This is deeply nourishing and encouraging for everyone involved.
  5. When a group names its experience and comes into synergy, the pace and joy of learning and creating quickens for everyone involved.

 Practising Whole Mind-Whole World

My book, Whole Mind-Whole World: The Power of Wise Choices – Creating a Future That Works for All, will provide the framework of our exploration.

Our focus will be on *building a strong and flexible conceptual framework*,  *developing skills and practices for inner and outer work*, *clearing the pathways for creative empowerment and spiritual freedom*, so that you may make your best possible contribution to the uplifting of the planet.

EXPLORING COMMON THEMES OF TRANSITION AND TRANSFORMATION

  • We will meet together for six months and each month I will send you TWO VIDEO or AUDIO TEACHING SESSIONS, in which I will explore the themes of each chapter of the book and take them deeper.
  • There will be QUESTIONS FOR INQUIRY to help you to apply the learning from these themes to your daily life.
  • And a private FACEBOOK GROUP where you can explore with your group.

MEETING TOGETHER FOR DEEP DISCOVERY AND SKILLS PRACTICE

Each month we will meet together twice as a group on a zoom call.

  • The first meeting will be a SOUL SANCTUARY CIRCLE in which we will explore the month’s themes together.
  • A second virtual meeting will be more of a COACHING AND MASTERMIND SESSION in which you are invited to bring specific questions or tensions arising in your inner life experience or in your work in the world. I will work with you within the group to help you discover how you can resolve any conflicts and move forward. The group will then be invited to relate to the arising themes and share their solutions.
  • You will be encouraged to PRACTICE SIMPLE SKILLS CONSISTENTLY and to reflect on your process.

 SUPPORT

  • During the course of the programme I will offer you 3 x 1-1 COACHING SESSIONS of 45 minutes each, one at the beginning, one in the middle and one at the end, so that I can personally support you.
  • You will also have the opportunity to build an ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY relationship with another member of the group.

CO-CREATING THE NEW PARADIGM CULTURE

Our group will be an experimental lab for co-creating the new culture in which we can both create and reflect on our co-creations.

All of this for only £77 – £110 per month (sliding scale).  I have made this as inexpensive as I can, knowing that many people who are involved in transformational work do so for little financial return. If you feel this programme is right for you but the cost is beyond your means, please talk to me and let’s look at some ways you may be able to raise the money.

My “credentials” in brief

This offering arises from a lifetime of working with the creative process, developing my relationship with the authentic self, and learning to be a skilled facilitator. My soul journey started when I was 28, and then deepened, as intense explorations of the inner world took place alongside equally demanding encounters with the outer world. Practice as a Gestalt (whole person) therapist introduced me to powerful transformational skills and encounters with the shadows of group dynamics. The leading-edge writings of the women’s liberation movement whetted a fascination with how culture is created and corrupted and can be re-created. Through the work I was called to do as a personal and professional development trainer I helped to seed essential skills for personal and collective empowerment by designing, delivering and publishing innovative training programmes for community and health leaders.  Then, in my 40’s, I made the choice to follow my deepest desire to become an author. This led me to make my home on the edge of society in many beautiful and inspiring landscapes.  Later, after seven years teaching the skills of counselling and psychotherapy in New Zealand, I began to develop my body of transformational work online, in 2006. I am now in the UK, starting a new chapter following a period of deep healing. In the next year or two, I will be making all my programmes and products available here at Tribe in Transition.
